Aston International and PT. Sabang Raya Hotel celebrated the topping off of Jambi’s most ambitious new hotel development to date, the Aston Jambi Hotel & ConferenceCenter.
The Aston Jambi Hotel & Conference Center will be a modern and stylish 4-star business and conference hotel scheduled to open in June this year. Designed by Jakarta based PT. Bias Tekno Art Kreasindo the new hotel will bring previously unseen levels of contemporary chic to Jambi and offer 153 guest rooms and suites, an all day dining coffee shop, a music lounge with bar, terrace cafe, a well equipped fitness centre with swimming pool, a full service business centre and mid seized convention facilities with 6 modern and functional conference rooms.


Jambi which was once the political and economical center of the Buddhist Srivijaya kingdom is the capital city of Jambi province on the island of Sumatra and today is a significant river port and one of Indonesia’s prominent palm oil and rubber producing centers.

Aston International continue its expands its 3 star lifestyle Quest Hotel brand with the recent Ground Breaking of the Quest Hotel Solo and developed by PT. Kaloka Land Hotel & Resort.

Aston International, the largest international hotel operator in Indonesia, recently announced that the company has penned deals for three new four-star “Astons” in Indonesia – the Aston Jimbaran Hotel – Bali, the Aston Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center in Jakarta and the Aston Karawang Hotel.

Aston now is committed to a total of 21 new Aston hotels in Indonesia bringing several of its smaller 3 star “Aston City Hotels” to secondary cities such as Jember, Luwuk, Kupang, Madiun and Bekasi but also focusing on larger projects such as the202 room Aston Jimbaran Hotel – Bali and the 324 room Aston Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center as well as the 154 room Aston Karawang Hotel which will be the first international 4 star business Hotel in West Java’s rapidly expanding manufacturing hub. In addition the company is also in the midst of developing two new flag ship hotels for its 5 star “Grand Aston” brand with a new development in Surabaya and a complete overhaul if its popular Aston Bali Beach Resort & Spa which is due to rebrand to a Grand Aston in April next year.

PHM Hospitality Will Be Managing The 101 Bogor

A ground breaking ceremony of THE 1O1 Hotel Bogor – Suryakencana was held to commence its construction and shall be completed in the end of 2013.

PT. Oasis Hotel Bogor in cooperation with PHM Hospitality just held a ground breaking ceremony of THE 1O1 Hotel Bogor – Suryakencana on the phenomenal day, 12 December 2012 (12-12-12), for the first 3-Star Premium Hotel in Bogor which will be located on Suryakencana Street, an extension to the entrance of renowned Bogor Botanical Garden. In the past, Suryakencana Street was famous for its Chinese food due to majority of Chinese Community in the area.

The ceremony was attended by Board of Director of PT. Oasis Hotel Bogor, PHM Hospitality, and some community leaders from Center Bogor district in the middle of pouring rain as Bogor known for its “Rain City”.

 THE 1O1 Hotel Bogor – Suryakencana  will be a 3-Star Premium hotel under THE 1O1 brand with its Smart Stylish Experience concept which been developed by PHM Hospitality for middle class market. It is a pioneer for Chic & Trendy life style which suitable for business and leisure travellers who concern about Value for Money aspect. APLN Bukukan Penjualan Rp5,5 Triliun

Hingga November 2012, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) berhasil mencatatkan marketing sales sebesar Rp 5.577,4 miliar. Melampaui target perusahaan yang ditetapkan pada 2012 senilai  Rp 5 triliun.

Adapaun aktifitas korporasi yang dilakukan sepanjang 2012 adalah memulai pembangunan proyek SOHO (Small Office Home Office) @ Podomoro City. Proyek ini akan memiliki 2 tower yaitu the SOHO Tower dengan 40 lantai dan SOHO Capital Office Tower dengan 43 lantai.

Achmad Setiadi  optimis atas minat investor terhadap condotel Swiss Bel-Woodland Park Condotel, “Penjualan condotel ini kami lakukan mulai beberapa bulan yang lalu. Dari 220 unit yang kami sediakan, hingga hari ini, Minggu (16/12), masih tersisa 34 unit condotel.” jelasnya seraya mengatakan, properti ini akan beroperasi akhir 2013.

Grup Metropolitan benamkan Rp535 Miliar Di Simatupang

Koridor TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan, telah bertransformasi menjadi area komersial dengan prospek investasi yang menjanjikan. Demand tertinggi berasal dari sektor perkatoran.
